KEROGREEN Winter School “Future directions in research on Power-to-X for sustainable chemicals & fuels”
KEROGREEN, together with the research projects E-Fuel and BECCU, and the EERA Joint Programme Energy Storage, is holding an online winter school from 10-11 February.
The event will be focused on the latest power-to-X related technologies and their future deployment, with a special emphasis on sustainability. The following topics will be addressed:
- CO2 capture
- Chemical synthesis
- Fuel synthesis
- System integration
- System, process, reactor and kinetic modelling
Besides keynote presentations and general presentations of the research projects involved, the winter school will give young researchers the opportunity to present their research activities and results in either short talks or posters. Virtual visits of some of the research institutes are also planned in specific video sessions.
The target audience is doctoral students, post-docs and researchers, interested in learning more about the technologies and research methods and/or current research projects in the power-to-X field.
The TAKE-OFF project will be presented during a specific session on the afternoon of the 10th of February.
